Size is good, but make sure to get the urine guards for the corners (which by the way aren't the right size to fit completely), otherwise when your bunny backs into the corner to pee, it completely misses the tray. Right after I set it up, my dog jumped on the top (he is only 35lbs) and the top collapsed. A week after that he got through the front door with his claws. I had to sew a cloth over the door. Then put some wooden dowels in the top make it stand up right. It's not bad. I like it the cloth in the bottom is nice.
