| I just received this Oster pet nail grinder and I think it will probably work fine if I can just figure out how to use it. I agree with previous reviews that say the directions are poorly written. They don't even tell you which of the drums to use first...grinding stone or sandpaper wheel. And you have to keep trying different twists and turns to get one of them locked into place. I called their customer service number (no email available) and their response was this: "Ma'am, we are not groomers. You would have to ask a professional dog groomer how to use the grinder." So, hopefully my dogs won't freak out with all my experimenting before I get it figured out. | |
