Bought this for my daughter's cats. Assembly was surprisingly simple, took ~ 10 minutes. Zippers for both front and rear access are well made and don't stick. Inside pad is skimpy; add your own folded towel, thin pillow or crate liner--especially the one with a four-sided padded border. My daughter's technique of introducing this was excellent, so I've outlined it here. 1. Leave the assembled stroller, with pet compartment unzipped, in an out of the way area indoors, where it can become part of the landscape. 2. Encourage the pet to become familiar with the stroller by placing a favorite toy or two inside. 3. If you intend to use this with multiple pets, start out with just one. 4. Make initial trips very short, perhaps 5 minutes, and build on success. 5. End with a small treat. WHAT I LIKE: It has a second (rear) zippered access door.
