Why they didn't offer an online ordering option is beyond me. Now, nearly 3 months later, I still have not received my tags. Not only that, I can't even contact the company via email OR phone. Instead the only option I have is to write them a letter. This company is a joke and I plan on reporting them to Amazon. P.S.
