I've been using the Vittles Vault for several months now, one for dog food and one for cat food. None of the animals have even TRIED to chew into it, I think because the screw-on lids really do seal in the smell. I have one stacked on top of the other, so they are very space efficient. One thing I really like about this product is that it keeps the product fresh and fresh-smelling, without adding that nasty plastic smell. I go through a lot of feed with 4 dogs and 6 cats. Vittle Vault protects my feed investment from scavengers of all sizes and keeps the feed smelling as good as the day I opened the original bag. I've tried other containers, and this is by far the best! I use the size that holds 40 lbs of dry dog food, so I can easily move it needed, even when it's full.
