It's outlasted my animals

| This cage topper, I got originally when I couldn't find a cage topper for my first rat who had tried to chew through everything. I found this little gem at a pet store (Didn't buy on amazon) but he loved it. Sadly he died about a year ago, and I have two new furry aditions who love scampering up and down the ramps. it's very easy to put together once you get it. just dump it on top and affix the metal clips so it doesn't come off easy and you're good. It makes a little mess as the rats sometimes bring bedding up into the rest of the place to nest it's fine. Easy to clean up. Do the reverse as above, take off the top clean the 10 gallon and just wipe down the wire. The rats aren't going to chew off anything harmful. (My original rat had a chewing problem to begin with and did such) and the paint on it is non-toxic. |
